Divorce in Lakbok District often causes problems in fulfilling children's rights after parental divorce. Many major obstacles cause the neglect of fulfilling children's rights. One of them is parental negligence, so that many children who are victims of divorce are entrusted/transferred their custody rights to their closest relatives, either grandparents. In addition, the impact caused by not fulfilling children's rights can be seen from the child's daily psychology, whether it is inferiority, lack of interaction, declining achievements and so on. These attitudes often appear in children when their rights are neglected by their parents. This study aims to determine the fulfillment of children's rights after parental divorce in Lakbok District, with sub-focuses including: (1) fulfillment of children's rights, (2) obstacles for parents in fulfilling children's rights This study uses the method used in this study is a sociological juridical type with descriptive-analytical research specifications, and a qualitative approach. . The results of the study show that: The fulfillment of children's rights after divorce has not been fully implemented well. This is caused by the fact that ex-husbands, after officially divorcing, no longer fulfill their responsibilities as fathers, who have the responsibility to provide for their children. Furthermore, many married couples fail to fulfill other children's rights. Economic factors, in particular, are one reason for the unfulfilled rights of children. The pattern of parents fulfilling children's rights has so far fallen far short of the provisions of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection, which essentially guarantees the fulfillment of children's rights so they can live, grow, develop, and participate optimally in accordance with human dignity and worth, as well as receive protection from violence and discrimination. Obstacles to fulfilling children's rights after divorce in Lakbok District include parental economic constraints, parental negligence, low parental education, and a lack of awareness of parental responsibilities.
