Abstract:
Delays in a project, whether intentional or unintentional, will cause losses, whether
the losses are viewed in terms of time and labor applied or in other aspects. Several
factors that cause delays in the implementation of work so that the contractor does
not complete the work on time include errors from the building owner himself
because he always makes changes to the drawings or work plans, lack of labor and
so on. The residential construction project on Jalan Batulawang, Karyamukti
Village, Pataruman District, Banjar City, is a private project to build a house to
improve the comfort and safety of the homeowner. The control carried out on this
project was carried out quite well, but there were some parts of the work that did
not comply with the implementation, so an analysis was needed for time control.
By using the Critical Path Method (CPM). Based on the results of the study, that
the time control carried out on the residential construction project in Pataruman
District, Banjar City with a normal construction completion cost of Rp.
608,909,900, - with a duration of 150 days. Judging from the total duration required
in the construction process, the project completion period is 150 days. If in this case
the target to be achieved is the fastest period, then the value of T (d) = 145 days.
With the calculation of the increase in acceleration costs at the critical point is Rp.
20,996,893.10. This means that the completion time using the CPM method is 145
days and the normal completion time is 150 days. So there is a difference of 5 days
with the cost on the critical path being Rp.20,996,893.10,-
