Abstract

ABSTRACT ANALISIS PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DESA DALAM PENGGUNAAN DANA DESA TAHUN 2025 DI DESA CIHAURBEUTI KECAMATAN CIHAURBEUTI KABUPATEN CIAMIS RUSMAWAN JAYA SURYAATMAJA NIM. 82339240006 Village communities participate in determining the priority use of village funds. This participation is carried out by actively engaging in every stage of planning the allocation of village funds, proposing programs or activities, ensuring that the priorities are included in the Village Government Work Plan (RKP Desa) and the Village Budget (APB Desa), and taking part in disseminating information regarding the use of village funds. The village government is also required to involve the community in determining these priorities. This study aims to examine the regulations governing the use of village funds in 2025 in Cihaurbeuti Village, Cihaurbeuti District, Ciamis Regency; to analyze the level of community participation in the use of village funds in 2025; and to evaluate Article 17 paragraphs (1), (2), and (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Villages and Development of Disadvantaged Regions in relation to the use of village funds in Cihaurbeuti Village. This research employs a juridical-empirical approach with a normative empirical method. Data collection techniques include literature study, observation, and interviews, while data analysis involves data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that community participation in Cihaurbeuti Village has not been fully optimized. This is because elements of the community are not adequately involved in village deliberation meetings, which are primarily attended only by the Village Government and the Village Consultative Body (BPD).
