dc.description.abstract Tasikmalaya City, located in West Java Province, is geographically positioned along a strategic transportation corridor, which contributes to potential population growth and subsequently increases in vehicle volume. This rise in vehicular traffic has led to various transportation issues, including delays, congestion, and traffic accidents. One intersection experiencing such issues is the Mitra Batik signalized four-leg intersection, which connects R.E. Martadinata Street, Mitra Batik Street, and Cinehel Street. This study aims to analyze the performance of the Mitra Batik signalized intersection in Tasikmalaya City based on the Indonesian Highway Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) 2023 and to identify the traffic problems occurring at the intersection. The performance analysis was conducted using the PKJI 2023 method, while the intersection’s level of service (LOS) was determined using the Highway Capacity Manual (HCM) 2000. The results indicate that the Mitra Batik signalized intersection experiences an average delay of 22,61 seconds per vehicle, with a level of service rated at level C, indicating relatively smooth traffic flow. en_US
