Analisis Tingkat Palayanan Ruas Jalan Dr. Sutomo Kabupaten Cilacap

Abstract

ABSTRACT Congestion frequently occurs on Dr. Sutomo Street in Cilacap Regency due to side obstacles. This is due to the road's location in an office and educational area. Side obstacles on Dr. Sutomo Street in Cilacap Regency include pedestrians, street vendors, vehicles parked on the roadway, temporarily stopped vehicles, and vehicles entering and exiting the surrounding area. The purpose of this study was to determine traffic volume, capacity, and service level on Dr. Sutomo Street in Cilacap Regency. The method used was a survey, which involved direct field observations to obtain data as reference material for the study. The results of the study showed that the peak traffic volume on Jalan Dr. Sutomo, Cilacap Regency occurred on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 07.00-08.00, amounting to 1331 pcu/hour and a capacity of 2128 pcu/hour. The road service level (Level of Service) of Jalan Dr. Sutomo, Cilacap Regency on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, September 10, 11, 13 and 14, 2025 was at level C.
