dc.description.abstract |
Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) is a calculation of the required costs for materials, labor, and equipment as determined by the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). The Public Open Space Development Project for the Parking and Culinary Area at East Square Ciamis uses the AHSP method to estimate the construction cost of bore pile foundation work in the initial planning stage. Initially, the foundation was designed with a diameter of Ø 40 cm, but it was later modified to include both Ø 40 cm and Ø 60 cm. This change affected the predetermined budget, resulting in discrepancies between the planned estimates and actual field conditions. The purpose of this study is to compare the estimated budget and identify the cost differences based on the Construction Cost Analysis using the 2022 AHSP method and actual field data. This research employs a quantitative method by processing secondary data in the form of the Budget Plan (RAB) documents. The research findings show that the estimated budget using the 2022 AHSP method amounted to IDR 2,380,731,000.00, while the total cost based on actual field calculations was IDR 1,920,824,000.00. The difference in costs amounted to IDR 455,906,000.00, which is equivalent to 19.15%. |
