Abdul Azis Solik, NIM. 3402210395. “Pengaruh Person Job Fit dan Self Efficacy terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Suatu studi pada Pegawai Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Ciamis)”. Dibawah bimbingan Bapak Mujaddid Faruk, S.E.,M.M. (Pembimbing I) dan Ibu Hj Iyus Yustini, S.Pd., M.M. (Pembimbing II) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Person Job Fit dan Self Efficacy terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Pegawai Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Ciamis. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, dan analisis dilakukan menggunakan Korelasi Pearson Product Moment, Korelasi Ganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Regresi Sederhana dan Ganda, serta Uji t dan Uji F. Person Job Fit (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh koefisien regresi positif dan uji t yang signifikan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kesesuaian antara pegawai dengan pekerjaannya akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Self Efficacy (X2) berpengaruh negatif meskipun tidak dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y), namun uji t menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh variabel ini tetap signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya perhatian lebih lanjut terhadap aspek keyakinan diri dalam hubungannya dengan kinerja di lingkungan kerja. Person Job Fit dan Self Efficacy secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dibuktikan dengan nilai uji F hitung yang jauh lebih besar dari F tabel, serta koefisien determinasi yang menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen tersebut mampu menjelaskan hampir setengah variasi kinerja pegawai. Kesimpulannya Person Job Fit (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y), yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien regresi positif dan hasil uji t yang signifikan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik kesesuaian antara pegawai dengan pekerjaannya, maka kinerja pegawai akan meningkat. Sebaliknya, Self Efficacy (X2) berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai, meskipun pengaruhnya tidak dominan, namun tetap signifikan berdasarkan hasil uji t. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya perhatian lebih mendalam terhadap faktor keyakinan diri terkait dengan kinerja dalam lingkungan kerja. Secara simultan, Person Job Fit dan Self Efficacy memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai uji F hitung yang jauh lebih besar dari F tabel. Selain itu, koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen tersebut mampu menjelaskan hampir setengah variasi kinerja pegawai. Under the supervision of Mr. Mujaddid Faruk, S.E.,M.M. (Supervisor I) and Mrs. Hj Iyus Yustini, S.Pd., M.M. (Supervisor II) This study aims to analyze the influence of Person Job Fit and Self Efficacy on Employee Performance at the Agricultural and Food Security Service Office of Ciamis Regency. The research uses a quantitative descriptive method, with data collected through questionnaires, and analysis conducted using Pearson Product Moment Correlation, Multiple Correlation, Determination Coefficient Test, Simple and Multiple Regression, as well as t-tests and F-tests. Person Job Fit (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). This is demonstrated by a positive regression coefficient and a significant t-test result, indicating that an increase in the fit between employees and their jobs will improve employee performance. Self Efficacy (X2) has a negative, though not dominant, effect on employee performance (Y); however, the t-test shows that this variable's influence remains significant. This finding highlights the need for further attention to the aspect of self-confidence in relation to performance in the workplace. Simultaneously, Person Job Fit and Self Efficacy have a significant effect on employee performance, proven by an F-test value much greater than the F-table value, as well as a coefficient of determination indicating that these two independent variables can explain nearly half of the variation in employee performance. In conclusion, Person Job Fit (X1) positively and significantly affects employee performance (Y), demonstrated by a positive regression coefficient and significant t-test results. This indicates that the better the fit between employees and their jobs, the higher the employee performance will be. Conversely, Self Efficacy (X2) negatively affects employee performance, although its influence is not dominant but remains significant according to the t-test. These findings emphasize the importance of paying closer attention to self-confidence factors related to performance in the work environment. Simultaneously, Person Job Fit and Self Efficacy significantly influence employee performance, as shown by an F-test value much larger than the F-table value. Moreover, the coefficient of determination shows that these two independent variables explain nearly half of the variation in employee performance.
