Abstract:
The background of this research is the less than optimal Implementation of School Supervisor
Managerial Supervision in Data-Based Planning Management at SDN Wilayah Bina 3 Korwil Bidang
Pendidikan Kecamatan Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis. The purpose of this study is to determine
and describe: 1) Planning of School Supervisor Managerial Supervision in Data-Based Planning
Management. 2) Implementation of School Supervisor Managerial Supervision in Data-Based Planning
Management. 3) Evaluation of the Implementation of School Supervisor Managerial Supervision in
Data-Based Planning Management. 4) Implications of School Supervisor Managerial Supervision in
Data-Based Planning Management.
The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection tools
used in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are
carried out interactively through the process of data reduction, data display, and decision making
(verification). The informants in this study were Supervisors, Principals and Teachers at SD Negeri
Daerah Bina 3 Korwil Pendidikan Kecamatan Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis as many as 9 people.
The results of the study indicate that: 1) planning Implementation of managerial supervision of school
supervisors in managing data-based planning has been good in arranging the physical environment in
the work environment and creating harmonious working relationships as well as creating good
collaboration between school supervisors and principals and teachers, planning of supervisor activities
has also been good based on the program that has been prepared. 2) Implementation of the
implementation of managerial supervision of school supervisors in managing data-based planning has
been implemented but has not been maximized because some principals are not ready or there is still
an assumption that the implementation of supervision is scary, this is a challenge for school supervisors.
3). Evaluation has been carried out well by analyzing the achievement of the Education report card to
find out data-based planning, and evaluating the extent of the principal's performance in managing
PBD. 4) Implications of Supervision The managerial supervision of school supervisors has also been
good from the implementation of supervision after being followed up, it has an impact on improving the
achievement of the Education report card.
