dc.description	Literature review ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi hasil hasil penelitian tentang pengaruh foot massage dalam menurunkan intensitas nyeri pada ibu post SC. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan secara elektronik melalui google scholar dan Pubmed. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah massage, nyeri dan post section caesarea. Terdapat 15 artikel penelitian mengenai foot massage untuk menurunkan nyeri maternal. Hasil penelusuran literatur menunjukkan bahwa foot massage selama 10-20 menit di kedua kaki pada ibu post SC bermanfaat dalam menurunkan skala nyeri. Foot massage merupakan intervensi yang aman dan efektif dilaksanakan untuk ibu post SC.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Pain is one of the main problems experienced by post-section caesarean (SC) mothers. Pain can have an impact on various things, including disrupting maternal activities and bonding with the baby. There are several non- pharmacological interventions to reduce pain, one of which is foot massage. This literature review aims to evaluate the results of research on the effect of foot massage in reducing pain intensity in post-SC mothers. Literature searches were conducted electronically through Google Scholar and Pubmed. The keywords used were massage, pain and post-section caesarean. There were 15 research articles on foot massage to reduce maternal pain. The results of the literature search showed that foot massage for 10-20 minutes on both feet in post-SC mothers was beneficial in reducing the pain scale. Foot massage is a safe and effective intervention for post-SC mothers.	en_US
