Analisis Kinerja Biaya Pada Pembangunan Ruang Laboratorium Komputer SMPN Satu Atap Parigi Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Pangandaran Dengan Konsep Nilai Hasil (Earned Value)

A problem encountered in the construction of the Computer Laboratory at SMPN Satu Atap Parigi, Parigi District, Pangandaran Regency, was the occurrence of a Contract Change Order (CCO) that increased or decreased the work volume. This problem can impact the project's cost performance. The concept of Earned Value can be used as a tool to measure project cost performance. Furthermore, earned value indicators can provide estimates of the project's cost completion. Therefore, an analysis of the cost performance of the Computer Laboratory at SMPN Satu Atap Parigi, Parigi District, Pangandaran Regency, is necessary.

The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, a study that describes the conditions of a specific project through analysis of existing data. Data analysis uses analytical and descriptive methods. Earned Value examines the trends in schedule and cost variances over a period of time during the project. However, this study will only discuss cost variances.

The research results show that the cost performance of the computer laboratory construction at SMPN Satu Atap Parigi, Parigi District, Pangandaran Regency is very good, with an average Cost Performance Index (CPI) of 1.006>1. This indicates that the costs incurred are lower than the value obtained, indicating cost savings. The smallest estimated cost for the construction of the computer laboratory at SMPN Satu Atap Parigi, Parigi District, Pangandaran Regency is Rp. 235,376,112.16.
