Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations. The results showed the level of adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis drugs in the work area of Ciamis Health Center. Based on the analysis using the chi square test, the calculated = 1.550. Then the value is interpreted by comparing the price of the chi square criticism with a table with df = 2 in the 95% confidence interval (5% significance level is 5.990 or calculated <from the table, this shows that the hypothesis is validated, meaning there is a relationship between family support and adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis drugs.
Suggestions For further researchers, it is hoped that further research on self-motivation can be carried out due to family support that lacks a high level of adherence and examines other factors that can improve the adherence of TB patients in taking medication.
