dc.description.abstract changes in conditions that occur. The failure of a project can be caused by poor planning. This can result in time delays,decreased quality and increased implementation costs. On the contrary, careful planning and effective control lead the project to success. The Critical path (CPM) method is one of the right options for project management to plan an effective and efficient project completion time, There areprojects that are carried out relying on previous project work experience, while if we apply the CPM method we can do the work more effectively and efficiently. For the implementation of this research to find out the critical path and duration of the project which is carried out using the Critical path method (CPM) method which starts from the analysis of a project and then processes the data using forward, backward and total float calculations. The results of this study resulted in an optimal duration of 134 days, 16 critical paths and a project schedule of 20 weeks.
