Aplikasi Laundry Berbasis Website Menggunakan Metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) Pada Lc Jaya Clean

Abstract

In the rapidly developing digital era, information technology has become crucial in various sectors, including business. Digitalization increases the efficiency of data management and reduces human error, especially in the service industry such as laundry. Lc Jaya Clean, as a laundry company, faces challenges in managing data and interacting with customers. For this reason, a web-based application was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which allows rapid development through prototyping iterations and user feedback. This application is designed with the Laravel framework and PHP as the main programming language, and uses tools such as Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, Figma, Star UML, and Draw.io. This application makes it easier for Lc Jaya Clean to manage data, increase operational efficiency, and facilitate customers in ordering laundry services. The implementation of this application has met the company's temporary needs and supports business operations more efficiently.
