Abstract:
Background The quality of health services needs to be improved because of the community or individual's need for health that is in accordance with standards with reasonable, efficient and effective use of resources within the limited capabilities of the Government and society. A good service management system must pay attention to patient safety, be able to provide quality services and be able to provide services that are able to change the client's health status much better than before. Nursing is often referred to as the spearhead of services in hospitals, as the implementer of nursing care, nurses for 24 hours. Puskesmas aside from being a health service facility for healing an illness, puskesmas must also pay attention to excellence in service and the provision of good facilities to create patient satisfaction.
Aim: To analyze the relationship between nursing care and patient satisfaction at the Karangnunggal Health Center
The research design research method used was correlational research which identified the relationship between nursing care and patient satisfaction using a cross sectional approach. The population in this study is all patients undergoing or receiving health care in inpatient services with a research sample of 55 respondents required for researchers The research method uses random sampling. The measuring tool for analysis uses Che Squre.
Results There is no relationship between nursing care and the level of patient satisfaction at the Karangnunggal Health Center because the significance value is > P value, namely 0.796
It is hoped that this research will provide input, especially regarding the quality of nursing care required at the Karangnunggal Community Health Center to be even better, especially in documenting nursing care.
