Iik Abdul Malik, NIM. 3402180324. "The Effect Of Organizational
Communication And Work Motivation On Employee Performance (A Study of
Sukadana District Office Employees)". Under the guidance of Elin Herlina,
S.Pd., M.M., (Supervisor I) and Risna Kartika, S.E., M.M. (Supervisor II).
This study focused on the effect of organizational communication and work
motivation on employee performance (a study of employees at the Sukadana
District Office).
The problems addressed in this study are: 1) How does organizational
communication affect employee performance at the Sukadana District Office? 2)
What is the influence of work motivation on employee performance at the
Sukadana District Office? 3) How does organizational communication and work
motivation affect employee performance at the Sukadana District Office? The
purpose of this study was to find out and analyze 1) The effect of Organizational
Communication on Employee Performance in Sukadana District, 2) The Effect of
Work Motivation on Employee Performance in Sukadana District, 3) The Effect of
Organizational Communication and Work Motivation on Employee Performance
in Sukadana District .
The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. While the
analysis tool used is multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination,
hypothesis testing and significance test.
The results of the study show that organizational communication influences
employee performance at the Sukadana sub-district office, with a positive
relationship. This means that when people's communication is getting better, it
will improve employee performance. Work motivation influences employee
performance at the Sukadana sub-district office, with a positive relationship. This
means that when people's work motivation gets better, it will improve employee
performance. Organizational Communication and Work Motivation affect
employee performance at the Sukadana sub-district office
