(Supervisor I) and Toto, S.E., M.M. (Supervisor II).
Every human being consists of five needs, namely physiological needs, security,
social belonging, self-esteem and self-actualization. The higher the driving force
or encouragement given to trigger enthusiasm, the higher the pleasure in working
which has an impact on the achievements produced. This study focused on the
effect of rewards and work motivation on employee performance (A Study on
Employees of PT. Andalas Galuh Pradja). The purpose of this study was to find
out and analyze 1) The effect of appreciation on employee performance at PT.
Andalas Galuh Pradja, 2) The effect of work motivation on employee performance
at PT. Andalas Galuh Pradja, 3) The Effect of Appreciation and Work Motivation
on Work Performance at PT. Andalas Galuh Pradja. The method used in this
research is explanatory survey method. While the analysis tool used is multiple
regression analysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing and
significance test. The results of the study show that awards have a significant
effect on work performance, work motivation has a significant effect on work
performance, rewards and work motivation have a significant effect on work
performance.
