Abstract:
The performance of UMKM in Indonesia is still using traditional technology such
as the market which tends to decrease due to lack of capital also due to the weak
category of technology that affects the performance of UMKM including internal
and external factors. This research is focused on the influence of Financial
Literacy and Financial Inclusion on the performance of SMEs (Survey on Micro,
Small and Medium Enterprises in Banjar City). The purpose of this study is to
determine and analyze 1) the influence of Financial Literacy on the performance
of SMEs in Banjar City; 2) The effect of Financial Inclusion on the performance
of UMKM in Banjar City; 3) Effect of Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion
on MSME Performance in Banjar City. The method used in this study is an
explanatory survey method. While the analytical tools used are multiple
regression analysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing and
significance testing. The results of the study show that Financial Literacy has a
significant effect on the performance of UMKM, Financial Inclusion has a
significant effect on the performance of UMKM, Financial Literacy and Financial
Inclusion have a significant effect on the performance of UMKM.
