dc.description.abstract ABSTARCT The objective of the study was to find out the implementation, teacher and students' perceptions of the use of digital picture series in writing descriptive text. The researcher used a case study as a research design at a Senior High School in Tasikmalaya, Indonesia. The data were collected from observation and teacher and student’s interview. The population was the first grade of a science class in Academic Year 2021-2022 that consist of 30 students. The students’ interview was conducted to 6 students who used digital picture series in the writing class and teacher’s interview was conducted to an English Teacher. The results of this study revealed that the teacher used some steps in teaching writing descriptive text through digital picture series. Furthermore, students' perceptions of digital Picture series received a positive response and most of students agreed that the implementation of digital picture series was interesting and helped them to improve their writing en_US
