The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze human relations and working productivity at Kicimpring
MSMEs in Cihaurbeuti Village, and analyze human relations in enhancing working productivity at Kicimpring
MSMEs in Cihaurbeuti Village. The background in this research is that in essence, human characters are
different so that in an organization there will not be escape from the problems of relations between members
due to the lack of application of human relations. Previous research conducted by Indah Fitriyani entitled "The
Influence of Human Relations on Employee Working Productivity at CV Otim Purwokerto Group" shows that
there is a positive relationship between human relations and working productivity. The novelty in this research
is that this research was conducted in more depth than previous research. This study uses natural objects so
that they cannot be manipulated. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative
approach. Meanwhile, to analyze the data obtained using data analysis Model Miles and Huberman where the
activities are data reduction, data display and verification. The results of the research and data analysis show
that the implementation of human relations and working productivity at the Kicimpring MSMEs in Cihaurbeuti
Village has been carried out quite well. The implementation of human relations plays a role in enhancing
working productivity at Kicimpring MSMEs in Cihaurbeuti village. |
