The Land and Building Tax (PBB) is one of the key sources of regional revenue, playing an important role in village development. However, in Awiluar Village, Lumbung District, the monitoring of PBB payments is still carried out manually, making data processing, reporting, and real-time tracking difficult. This study aims to design an enterprise architecture for a PBB monitoring system using the Zachman Framework as a systematic and comprehensive design guide. The research method includes data collection through observation, interviews, and document review related to the village's PBB payment workflow. The analysis results are mapped into the six perspectives of the Zachman Framework, covering the What, How, Where, Who, When, and Why aspects. The design produces an architecture document consisting of business process models, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and a network topology tailored to the village’s needs. The findings indicate that applying the Zachman Framework provides a comprehensive system architecture overview, facilitates information management, and improves the efficiency of PBB monitoring processes. This design is expected to serve as a reference for developing a more integrated information technologybased system in the village government environment. PERUMDAM Tirta Galuh Ciamis sebagai penyedia layanan air bersih menghadapi tantangan dalam efisiensi operasional, seperti manajemen data pelanggan yang masih manual, kurangnya integrasi sistem, dan respons yang lambat terhadap keluhan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun perencanaan strategis sistem informasi (SI) yang selaras dengan tujuan bisnis di PERUMDAM Tirta Galuh. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengunakan metode Anita Cassidy, yang terdiri dari empat tahap: Visioning, Analysis, Direction, dan Recommendation. Menggunakan 3 variabel yaitu pendekatan Value Chain untuk memetakan aktivitas bisnis, Five Forces untuk menilai daya saing, dan SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PERUMDAM membutuhkan penguatan sistem informasi berbasis digital, seperti pengembangan aplikasi mobile pelanggan, integrasi sistem billing dengan GIS, serta peningkatan infrastruktur TI dan keamanan data. Rekomendasi strategis mencakup empat proyek prioritas: (1) Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pelanggan Terintegrasi, (2) Aplikasi Mobile untuk Pembayaran dan Pengaduan, (3) SCADA/IoT untuk Pemantauan Jaringan Air, dan (4) Pelatihan SDM TI.

Proses reservasi lapangan di Kawali Sport Center selama ini dilakukan secara&#13;
manual melalui kunjungan langsung atau komunikasi pesan singkat kepada&#13;
pengelola. Cara ini menimbulkan berbagai kendala seperti keterlambatan&#13;
pemesanan, bentroknya jadwal, dan verifikasi pembayaran yang lambat. Selain itu,&#13;
pengguna tidak dapat mengecek ketersediaan lapangan secara real-time, sehingga&#13;
menurunkan efisiensi dan kepuasan layanan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut,&#13;
diperlukan sistem berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah proses reservasi dan&#13;
pembayaran secara terintegrasi.&#13;
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem reservasi lapangan&#13;
berbasis web dengan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Tahapan&#13;
penelitian meliputi requirement planning untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan&#13;
pengguna, user design dalam pembuatan rancangan antarmuka dan prototipe&#13;
menggunakan Figma dan UML, construction untuk proses pengembangan sistem&#13;
menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, serta cutover untuk implementasi dan pengujian&#13;
menggunakan metode Black Box Testing. Sistem dilengkapi dengan fitur&#13;
pengecekan ketersediaan lapangan secara real-time, pemesanan online, serta&#13;
integrasi pembayaran melalui Payment Gateway Midtrans.&#13;
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun dapat mempercepat&#13;
proses pemesanan, mengurangi potensi bentrok jadwal, dan mempermudah&#13;
verifikasi pembayaran. Penggunaan metode RAD membuat proses pengembangan&#13;
menjadi lebih cepat, fleksibel, dan responsif terhadap perubahan kebutuhan&#13;
pengguna. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan reservasi&#13;
di Kawali Sport Center serta menjadi referensi untuk pengembangan sistem serupa&#13;
di bidang pengelolaan fasilitas olahraga.

Student academic performance is an important indicator for measuring the success of learning processes in educational institutions. This study aims to apply the C4.5 algorithm to predict student performance at MTs PGII Banjar based on academic and non-academic factors. This research uses a quantitative approach with computational experimental methods following the CRISP-DM methodology. The research data were obtained from 652 students of MTs PGII Banjar for the academic years 2021/2022-2023/2024 selected using purposive sampling technique. Research variables include academic factors (subject grades, attendance) and non-academic factors (learning motivation, parental support, socioeconomic status). The C4.5 algorithm implementation was conducted using RapidMiner Studio with parameters of minimum instances per leaf = 5, confidence factor = 0.25, and minimum gain threshold = 0.01. The results show that the prediction model using the C4.5 algorithm achieved an accuracy of 78.68%, precision of 77.84%, recall of 78.12%, and F1-score of 77.98%. The AUC-ROC value of 0.842 indicates excellent model discrimination capability. Validation using 10-fold cross validation demonstrated consistent performance with low standard deviation (0.57%). Information gain analysis shows Mathematics grade as the strongest predictor (0.847), followed by Science grade (0.723), attendance level (0.689), and learning motivation (0.634). The generated decision tree identified 23 classification rules with an average confidence of 84.2% that can be interpreted as an early warning system for identifying at-risk students. This model can be implemented as a decision support system to improve academic management quality through data-driven decision making.
