EFEKTIVITAS PENERAPAN SISTEM DOKUMENTASI KEPERAWATAN ELEKTRONIK TERHADAP DAMPAK EFISIENSI WAKTU KERJA PERAWAT DI UPTD PUSKESMAS SINDANGKASIH CIAMIS
ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Dokumentasi manual sering menjadi penghambat efisiensi kerja perawat karena adanya redudansi data dan beban administratif yang tinggi. Transformasi digital melalui Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) diharapkan mampu memangkas waktu kerja administratif perawat. Tujuan: Menganalisis efektivitas penerapan sistem dokumentasi keperawatan elektronik terhadap efisiensi waktu kerja perawat di UPTD Puskesmas Sindangkasih. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi komparatif (Pre-Post Test Design). Sampel berjumlah 30 perawat yang diambil menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji non-parametrik Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil: Rata-rata waktu dokumentasi manual sebesar 45-60 menit menurun signifikan menjadi 38,50 menit setelah menggunakan sistem elektronik. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05) dengan nilai Z -4,711. Sebanyak 29 responden (96,7%) mengalami peningkatan efisiensi waktu. Kesimpulan: Penerapan sistem dokumentasi keperawatan elektronik efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi waktu kerja perawat di UPTD Puskesmas Sindangkasih.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF IMPLEMENTING ELECTRONIC NURSING DOCUMENTATION SYSTEMS ON THE WORK TIME EFFICIENCY OF NURSING AT THE SINDANGKASIH PUBLIK HEALTH CANTER, CIAMIS
ABSTRACT
Background: Manual documentation often hinders nurse efficiency due to data redundancy and high administrative burdens. Digital transformation through Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is expected to reduce nurses' administrative workload time. Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of implementing an electronic nursing documentation system on nurse work time efficiency at UPTD Puskesmas Sindangkasih. Method: A quantitative research with a comparative study design (Pre-Post Test Design). The sample consisted of 30 nurses selected using the Total Sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test non-parametric test. Results: The average manual documentation time of 45-60 minutes significantly decreased to 38.50 minutes after using the electronic system. The Wilcoxon test results showed an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) with a Z value of -4.711. A total of 29 respondents (96.7%) experienced an increase in time efficiency. Conclusion: The implementation of the electronic nursing documentation system is effective in increasing nurse work time efficiency at UPTD Puskesmas Sindangkasih.
