Abstract:
Ane off llie tradihonal food ag-oinduscies developed in Ciamis Regency is rengginang processing based on glulinous rice. However, ltte sustainability of small-scale ag oindustry is highly influenced by production cost efficiency, revenue p•eneration, ond financial feasibility. This study aims to: (J,) analyze Ihe sirucfure o/ producñon cosls, revenue, and income of ltte Fajar rengginonp• agroindustry in Bojongmengger Village, Cij“eungjing District, Ciamis Regency; and (2) evaluate the business feasibility based on lhe Revenue Cost Ratio QC). This research employed a descriptive method with a case study approach. The respondent was selected wing pwposive sampling, imiolvinp• one main business actor as the primat y iifoiwiant. Primary data were obtained through inIervie›vs and direct obsewalion, while secondary dala were collected from lileroliire and related inñifuiionc. Data onalysis included calculotion of production costs, business revenue, income analysis, and feasibility assessment usinp• Ihe WC ratio. The results showed thai lhe tofof production cost was IDR 868,697.02 per production period with ioial revenue of DR 1,092,000. 00 and business income of IDR 223,302.98. The Revenue Con Rotio (I 'C) was 1.26, indicating lhal every IDR 1.00 of production cost generoted IDR 1.26 in reverie. These findings demonstrate that the Fajar ren •inang agroindustry is financially feasible and profilable, with polenlial for further development.
