dc.description Leadership has become one of the most important determinants influencing employee performance and organizational sustainability within contemporary organizational environments. Organizations increasingly recognize that effective leadership significantly contributes to employee productivity, organizational commitment, employee engagement, innovation, and long-term organizational competitiveness. In modern workplaces characterized by globalization, technological transformation, organizational uncertainty, and rapidly changing workforce expectations, leadership plays a strategic role in maintaining organizational effectiveness and employee performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance within organizational environments. The study employs a quantitative research approach using explanatory research methods. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to employees working within organizational settings. The study utilized multiple regression analysis to examine the relationship between leadership and employee performance. The findings indicate that leadership positively and significantly influences employee performance. Employees who experience effective leadership generally demonstrate stronger organizational commitment, higher productivity, stronger work motivation, and improved organizational engagement. The findings support contemporary Human Resource Management theories emphasizing the importance of leadership in improving organizational effectiveness and employee productivity. This study contributes theoretically to Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior literature regarding employee performance determinants and practically to organizational strategies aimed at improving productivity through effective leadership systems. The findings also highlight the importance of integrating leadership effectiveness, organizational culture, employee engagement, and organizational support to maintain employee productivity and organizational sustainability. en_US
