Abstract:
Penyakit tidak menular menjadi masalah kesehatan dunia dan penyakit kardiovaskular menjadi penyebab kematian nomor satu adalah hipertensi. Hipertensi dikontrol dengan terapi farmakoterapi dan disertai kepatuhan, 50% individu tidak patuh minum obat jika tidak adanya dukungan dari keluarga. Dukungan keluarga membantu pasien dalam proses pengontrolan penyakitnya dan dibutuhkan karena memberikan pengaruh positif seperti menentukan program pengobatan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat pasien hipertensi. Desain penelitian korelasi menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan populasi pasien rawat jalan yang menderita hipertensi. Sampel penelitian adalah 91 pasien hipertensi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Variabel independen dukungan keluarga dan variabel dependen kepatuhan minum obat. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dukungan keluarga dan kepatuhan minum obat dianalisis dengan Uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat pasien hipertensi (p=0,005<α=0,05).

Abstract
Non-communicable diseases are a global health problem and cardiovascular disease is the number one cause of death is hypertension. Hypertension is controlled with pharmacotherapy and accompanied by compliance, 50% of individuals are not compliant in taking medication if there is no support from their family. Family support helps patients in the process of controlling their disease and is needed because it provides a positive influence such as determining a treatment program. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between family support and medication compliance in hypertensive patients. The correlation research design used a cross-sectional approach with a population of outpatients suffering from hypertension. The study sample was 40 hypertensive patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The independent variable of family support and the dependent variable of medication compliance. Data collection through family support questionnaires and medication compliance were analyzed using the Spearman Correlation Test. The results showed a relationship between family support and medication compliance in hypertensive patients (p = 0.005 <α = 0.05).
