Based on the results of the study, it is known that community participation in the Physical Development Planning Deliberation in Mekarmukti Village, Cisaga District, Ciamis Regency as a whole is still not optimal. The community has not been fully actively involved in every stage of physical development, from decision making, implementation, utilization of development results, to evaluation. Various obstacles such as limited information, lack of effective communication between the village government and residents, minimal capacity and motivation of the community, and lack of participatory monitoring mechanisms are the main factors that hinder community involvement. However, efforts to increase participation can be done through increased socialization, empowerment of community leaders, community capacity training, budget transparency and implementation, and strengthening participatory monitoring mechanisms. |
