ABSTRACK
In projects organized by the Government, variation orders or more commonly known as Contract Change Orders (CCO) are regulated in the First Paragraph, Contract Changes Article 87 of Presidential Regulation Number 4 of 2015 concerning the Fourth Amendment to Presidential Regulation Number 54 of 2010 paragraph 1. Often there are Variation order/change order instructions on government projects are limited by no addition to the total contract price so that if there is an order for additional work there must also be a reduction in some work so that the total contract price is fixed, this causes the contractor/service provider to experience problems in implementing the project.
The aim of this research is to determine the causes and influence of the Contract Change Order (CCO) on the implementation of the 2023 Ciamis Regency Middle School Sector Physical DAK using the scoring method, then conduct a field survey (interview) by distributing questionnaires to 20 respondents which were then processed using software SPSS.
Based on the results of the analysis using SPSS software and the Scoring method, it was found that the biggest factor causing Contract Change Orders (CCO) in the time indicator, which got a score of 70.50% and the influence of Contract Change Orders (CCO) on contractor performance were: a . The need for additional work time, b. Rework occurs, c. Non-optimal planning results, d. There is a change in time schedule, e. The quality of work is less than optimal due to lack of time.
