Rice is one of the livelihoods of Indonesian people. The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) find out what strengths and weaknesses exist in increasing the rice seed business in Sindangasih Hamlet, Sindangasih Village, Banjarsari District, (2) find out what opportunity and threat factors exist in increasing rice seed breeding business in Sindangasuh Hamlet, Sindangasih Village, Banjarsari District, (3) determine the right strategy in an effort to increase rice seed breeding business in Sindangasih Hamlet, Sindangasih Village, Banjarsari District. The research method used in this study is a case study. The data obtained consists of primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study is the owner of the rice seed business was selected by purposive sampling with the consideration that the owner of the rice seed breeding has been running for a long time and the pioneer of the rice seed breeding business in Sindangasih Hamlet.
