dc.description.abstract Impact of the Working Environment and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Officers of the Union of Nations and Politics of Ciamis District One of the causes of failure of an organization is its Human Resource performance factor. Lack of level of knowledge, professionalism and competence possessed by the human resources of the farmer results in the development of the farm is not fully able to provide well-being for the farmers as well as to the society in a reasonable and equal manner. The problem faced in this study is how much the performance of the officer affects the quality of service to the farmer in the Cattle Cattle Ground Development Hall. The purpose of this research is to find out and test: 1. To know the influence of the working environment in part on the performance of Officers in the Union of Nations and Politics of Ciamis District? 2. To find out the impact of the culture of the organization partially on the Performance of Officials in Union of Nation and Political bodies of Ciami District? Descriptive research is a method that describes what is done on the basis of facts or events on the object being studied, to be then processed into data and then performed an analysis so that in the end a conclusion is obtained. Based on the results of research on the Impact of the Working Environment and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Officers, the author can conclude as follows: 1. There is an influence of the work environment on the performance of officers. This means that the better the working environment of Kesbangpol district of Ciamis, which supports the staff in the work, then the employee's performance will be increased. 2. There is the impact of the Organizational culture on the staff performance. en_US
