dc.description.abstract UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) has a strategic role in the Indonesian economy in addition to its contribution to GDP, as well as a sector that is capable of absorbing labor and is proven resilient as a rescue valve during an economic crisis. If organizational learning is carried out in an organizational environment, then organizational learning will always lead to learning that focuses on organizational goals. The concept of outcome learning (OL) needs to be further developed by including a motivating element that will make it a bridge to start a process that can be used as a material for consideration in conducting learning. en_US
