GAMBARAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEJADIAN PADA ORANG DENGAN GANGGUAN JIWA(ODGJ) DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS CIKONENG TAHUN 2020

Abstract

ABSTRACT People with mental disorder (odgj) does not happen by it self. The couse of People with mental disorder (odgj) is not yet know for certain. Although our knowledge of causation and its pathogenesis is lacking. But here are many factors that play a role, namely genetic factors, biological and biochemical, psychocosocial, socioeconomic status factor, stress factor, and drug abuse factor. The purpose of this study is to know the description of factors that influench incedent people with mental disorder (odgj) in the work area of Cikoneng Puskesmas 2020. Descriptive research conducted by researches with in the populations number in this study is as many as 92 people using total sampling. The result of this research shows that the factors that influench incedent people with mental disorder (odgj) in the work area of Cikoneng Puskesmas 2020 is that all respondents with mental disorders in the Cikoneng area have a 100% family history of mental disorders, most of the respondents with mental disorders in the Cikoneng area have low socio-economic factors, namely 85,7%, moderate socio-economic factors 9,4%, and a high socioeconomic factor of 4,9%, most respondents with mental disorders in the Cikoneng area had a severe stress factor, namely 91,8%, a moderate stress factor was 8,2%, and a mild stress factor was 0%, all respondents with mental disorders in the Cikoneng area were affected by consuming drugs, namely 100%. Advice for nurse it is hoped that it can provide education to the community so that it is always on providing both moral and material support to ODGJ patient so as not to aggravate the symptoms that arise.
