Introduction: Malnutrition among under-five children remain major public health concern in Indonesia. Inadequate feeding practice, low dietary diversity, and low intake of animal source food (ASF) was reported as a determinant factor that contribute to this problem. ASF which contains essential nutrients, is needed for optimal growth and development. However, the level of knowledge and behavior that support ASF intake is still not optimal, even though it has been supported by conventional nutrition education programs. Hence, this study aims to investigate the effect of nutritional education through digital media on parent behaviour regarding ASF intake. Methods: This quasi-experimental study, using a pre-posttest design, was conducted on 150 respondents selected through stratified purposive sampling. Nutritional education was provided through digital media, and changes in parental behaviour before and after the intervention were assessed using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and correlational analysis, with a paired t-test to evaluate the intervention effectiveness. Results: Nutritional education through digital media significantly improved parents' behavior regarding ASF intake for under-five children (p = 0.000), with most parents achieving the good behavior criteria after intervention (84.0%). Conclusion: Digital media can be an effective tool to increase parent' understanding and awareness of the importance of ASF intake. Integrating digital media into nutrition promotion programs is essential for personalized education and community engagement in stunting prevention. Future development should address accessibility, digital literacy, and broader public health integration.

<description>Fostering Self-Directed Learning Through Automated Written Corrective Feedback (AWCF): Praxis and Reflection
Friatin, Lilies Youlia; Friatin, Lilies Youlia
In 21st-century learning, students’ second-language (L2) writing competence should be grounded in the principle of lifelong learning, with teachers recognising the urgency of self-directed learning. By encouraging autonomy, this principle and praxis enable students to improve their writing abilities outside the conventional classroom, helping them succeed in various situations, including international communication. This mixed-method study involved 40 participants from one university in Indonesia. This study aimed to (1) describe the implementation of self-directed learning through automated written corrective feedback and (2) reveal the students’ perceptions of automated written corrective feedback in EFL writing classrooms. Classroom observation, writing test, and semi-structured interviews were used to collect research data. The quantitative data were analyzed statistically using SPSS version 25. In contrast, the qualitative data were analyzed using triangulation following the concurrent activity flows comprising data condensation, data display, and drawing and verifying conclusions. The study’s findings revealed that teachers and students intensely monitored the implementation of self-directed learning through automated written corrective feedback during writing activities. Students’ writing scores met the minimum completeness criteria. The subsequent finding reflected students’ positive perceptions of self-directed learning style in a writing project that could improve their proficiency.

<description>Integrated Model of Employee Performance in Human Resource Management: The Role of Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Leadership, and Organizational Commitment
Permatasari, Vini Rizky; Sukmara, Ading Rahman
Employee performance is a key determinant of organizational success. In human resource management (HRM), employee performance is influenced by multiple interrelated factors, including motivation, job satisfaction, leadership, and organizational commitment. However, previous studies often examine these variables separately, resulting in fragmented findings.&#13;
This study aims to develop an integrated model of employee performance by combining key HRM variables into a comprehensive framework. A conceptual research design was employed using a structured literature review of studies published between 2015 and 2025. The analysis was conducted using a thematic approach to identify key relationships among variables.&#13;
The findings indicate that employee performance is influenced by the interaction of motivation, job satisfaction, leadership, and organizational commitment. These variables are interconnected and collectively determine employee productivity and organizational effectiveness.&#13;
This study contributes to HRM literature by offering a comprehensive integrative framework that synthesizes multiple HRM variables into a unified model. It also provides practical implications for organizations in designing strategic HRM policies to improve employee performance.
