Midwives have an important role in health services. One effort that can be made &#13;
to contribute to the quality of health care is with the use of partograph at the time of &#13;
delivery. The use of partograph in labor is still low, that is 25% Hospital, Community &#13;
Health Centers 45%, and Maternity Clinic54%. The low use of partograph because it is &#13;
considered difficult and takes a long time, for it needs the effort of using partograph&#13;
become easier, faster, without losing the essence of partograph function. Digital &#13;
partographs become one of the solutions for the use of partograph at the time of birth &#13;
to be increased. The purpose of the study was to evaluate digital partograph&#13;
applications, assess the usefulness of digital partographs, analyze the behavioral &#13;
changes of partograph usage, and identify stakeholder support in the use of digital &#13;
partographs.&#13;
 Qualitative research method with case study approach. Primary research &#13;
subject is community midwife, subject of secondary research is head of health center, &#13;
midwife of health center manager, Head of Health Office of Tasikmalaya Regency, and &#13;
Chairman of IBI Branch of Tasikmalaya Regency. Sampling technique using Snowball &#13;
sampling. Data collection with in-depth interviews, FGDs and document review. &#13;
Analyze data with techniques, create keywords, categorize and create themes.&#13;
 Research shows that the information system contained in the digital &#13;
partograph has met the aspect of system quality, information quality and user &#13;
satisfaction. The application of digital partograph has fulfilled the use in clinical &#13;
decision making, monitoring the progress of labor, documentation, monitoring of &#13;
mother and fetal condition, digital partographs, and support from stakeholders for &#13;
digital partograph applications.&#13;
 Based on the results of the study concluded digital partograph applications &#13;
can already be used as a tool to monitor the progress of birth and already accessible on &#13;
Google Playstore. With the digital partograph, there is a change in midwife behavior in &#13;
its use

<title>The Effect of Deep Breathing Exercises on Menstrual Pain Perception in Adolescents with Primary Dysmenorrhea</title>

Cyclic menstrual pain, one of the most common gynecologic complaints, is a crucial issue.&#13;
Unfortunately, only limited studies have focused on how to care for the menstrual pain in&#13;
adolescents. This paper reports on the effective treatment for menstrual pain to mitigate or&#13;
preclude menstrual pain perception, which is non-invasive to patients, in adolescents aged&#13;
from 13 to 15 years. The treatment was conducted by positioning the patient in a supine&#13;
position. Each patient was guided to take 30 minutes of breathing relaxation techniques.&#13;
The use of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) was intended to measure the subjects’ painfulness&#13;
level. This study included 47 respondents whose menstrual pain was monitored in 30&#13;
minutes after the intervention. The findings of this study indicate a significant reduction&#13;
of patients’ pain. The study suggests that further studies should focus on complementary&#13;
treatments for overcoming menstrual pain

<title>The effectiveness and usability of electronic partograph for obstetric care: A systematic review</title>
<link>http://repository.unigal.ac.id:8080/handle/123456789/4787</link>
<description>The effectiveness and usability of electronic partograph for obstetric care: A systematic review

Introduction: Partograph is an instrument used &#13;
to monitor and prevent labor complications. &#13;
Unfortunately, a large number of situations where &#13;
there is limited awareness of how to use a partograph &#13;
as a labor monitoring tool. One of the efforts made &#13;
is to develop partographs in the form of electronic &#13;
partograph (e-partograph) applications. This review &#13;
aims to analyze the effectiveness and usability of &#13;
electronic partograph for obstetric care.&#13;
Methods: This study conducted a systematic review &#13;
of journals using three academic databases (Science &#13;
Direct, PubMed, and Google Scholar) with a &#13;
publication range from 2016 to 2022. Furthermore, &#13;
the subjects in this study were skilled birth attendants &#13;
(SBAs) and obstetric care providers. Inclusion criteria &#13;
in the literature study were using electronic-based &#13;
partographs in monitoring. The journal-reviewed &#13;
guidelines used Preferred Reporting Items for &#13;
Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA).&#13;
Results: This study found 13 studies exploring the &#13;
e-partograph in the last six years (2016-2022). Most &#13;
of the results reviewed the effectiveness of using &#13;
e-partographs compared to paper partographs. &#13;
In addition, the e-partograph has shown another &#13;
advantage. There was a reminder system when filling &#13;
in data by the SBA. It could identify if the labor process &#13;
were normal or required further treatment. Using an &#13;
e-partograph could effectively save time and was easy &#13;
to use. SBA was easy to accept and apply.&#13;
Conclusion: The use of e-partograph gives better final &#13;
results than paper partograph. E-partograph is able &#13;
to maintain normal delivery and reduce the incidence &#13;
of cesarean section and prolonged labor. Although &#13;
the e-partograph was designed to provide benefits &#13;
for its users, there was an audio and visual reminder &#13;
system that could be used to detect complications &#13;
during childbirth.
