This research is motivated by the issuance of the Circular Letter of the Minister of Education and Technology No.&#13;
1 of 2020 which was used as the initial momentum for the establishment of the Free Learning Policy through one&#13;
of its programs, namely the teacher program as an effort to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. This&#13;
research method uses a qualitative approach, with data collection interviews, observations and observations. The&#13;
results showed that: first; The Motivating Teacher program with the support of professional staff in a hybrid way&#13;
through LMS, individual mentoring and workshops, as well as training strategies with collaborative reflectiveness&#13;
are quite successful in increasing teacher competence, both pedagogic, professional, personality and social&#13;
competencies of State Senior High School teachers at the District XI Regional Office Branch Office arrowroot.&#13;
Second; the obstacles faced are the long duration that makes them bored and tired, as well as the absence of a&#13;
monitoring and evaluation program for empowering the driving teacher. Third: efforts are being made to overcome&#13;
obstacles, namely by shortening the duration of time and integrating the training flow, as well as starting&#13;
dissemination for driving teachers

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS) pada siswa yang masih rendah. Higher&#13;
Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) merupakan bagian dari tuntutan kurikulum 2013. Model Discovery Learning berbasis&#13;
TPACK merupakan salah satu model yang sesuai dengan penerapan kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk&#13;
mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model discovery learning berbasis TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, Content,&#13;
Knowledge) terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS) siswa kelas XI MIPA di SMA Negeri 1 Sariwangi pada&#13;
sub materi sistem pernapasan manusia. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA 2 yang berjumlah 30 orang.&#13;
Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Desain penelitian menggunakan one group pretestposttest design. Instrumen penelitian berupa soal tes kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi yang meliputi analisis, evaluasi&#13;
dan mencipta dalam bentuk uraian/essay. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan uji N-Gain, uji&#13;
normalitas dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji Z. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir&#13;
tingkat tinggi siswa dinilai tinggi dengan rata-rata 0,82, data berdistribusi normal dan hipotesis diterima. Maka dapat&#13;
disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan penerapan model discovery learning berbasis TPACK&#13;
TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, Content, Knowledge) terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS) siswa&#13;
pada sub materi system pernapasan manusia
